Such advisory and management services include, but are not limited to, preparing and filing all initial and renewal federal and state trademark applications, preparing and filing all Statement of Uses, preparing and answering all Office Actions, purchasing and registering all domain names and preparing and maintaining all trademark, tradename and domain name journals for the company.
