advisory and management services to its companies, which include, but are not limited
to, full charge bookkeeping, preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance
with generally accepted accounting principles, account analysis, standard cost
variances analysis, cost analysis and problem resolution, product mix reporting, records
management, provide CPA with necessary information to prepare annual federal, state
and city tax returns, establishing reporting systems, historical trend analysis, etc.
Financial Forecasting
Harper Jenkins Scobie Enterprises (HJSE) will
provide financial forecasting advisory and
management services to its companies, which
include, but are not limited to, implementation of direct
and indirect expense reduction program, cash flow
forecasting, product sales forecasting reporting vs.
budget and prior year, establish internal controls,
prepare financial analysis to support contract
negotiations, financial modeling, etc.
Financial Planning
Harper Jenkins Scobie Enterprises (HJSE) will provide financial planning advisory and
management services to its companies, which include, but are not limited to, preparing
company annual operating budget, long range strategic plan, business plan, capital
requirements plan, succession and exit plans, etc.
