policy coverage, including negotiating
annual policy premiums and renewals, claim
processing, identify hazards/exposures,
develop prevention procedures, underwriting
exposures, etc.
Human Resource Management
Harper Jenkins Scobie Enterprises (HJSE) will provide human resource advisory and
management services to its companies that include, but are not limited to, preparing
and maintaining company human resource manual, sexual harassment policy and
training, employee 401 (K), life insurance, medical, dental, flex spend, etc. benefit plans,
preparing employee grading structure, employee compensation structure, employee
incentive plan, preparing new hire packages, etc.
Contract Negotiations
Harper Jenkins Scobie Enterprises (HJSE) will provide contact negotiation advisory and
management services to its companies that include, but are not limited to, all aspects of
contract bidding, contract negotiation, equipment leases, commercial leases; supplier
agreements, service agreements, royalty agreements, franchise agreements, etc.
Treasury
Harper Jenkins Scobie Enterprises (HJSE) will provide treasury advisory and
management services to its companies that include, but are not limited to, liaison with
company banker, evaluation of company’s capital requirements, preparation of loan
documents, preparation of progressive/installment loan payment reports, compliance
with all federal, state and city tax laws, preparation of federal, state and city tax returns,
asset liability management, funds transfer pricing, cash flow forecasting, day-to-day
banking and invoicing, etc.
